From direction Zwolle:

• A37 Hoogeveen direction Emmen
• After +/- 30 kilometres take the N34 direction Emmen
• After about 4 kilometres take direction Emmen-Zuid/Ter Apel. You are now on the road around Emmen on the south- and east-side.(watch the radar close to the traffic lights!)
• After Emmen ,go straight direction Ter Apel/Veendam, and keep driving straight.
• Keep following Veendam, after about 15 kilometres take direction Sellingen (after Ter Apel) follow the directions Sellingen (still 11 km to Sellingen, the N976)
• When you drive through Sellingen (radar at the beginning of the village!) you pass a supermarket on your left hand. +/- 300 meters later, turn to the left, the ‘Noord Esweg” –road.
• Follow this little road for +/- 500 meters, with the T-crossing to the left, 50 meters further you drive over a little bridge, 50 meters further to the right: ‘Bovendiepsterweg’
• After 500 meter to the right “Rijsdammerweg, and then after 250 meter the first buildings on the right is the Isis Estate. Rijsdammerweg 2a.

From direction Groningen:

• Follow the A7 from Groningen direction Hoogezand.
• After +/- 30 km's, take direction Winschoten, Then follow Blijham, the N 976, stay on this road, and follow direction Ter Apel/Vlagtwedde.
• About 20 kilometres further, after passing the round-about from Vlagtwedde halfway, you enter the village Sellingen.
• After about 1 km, you turn to the right: ‘the Noord Esweg’ – road.
• Follow this little road for +/- 500 meters, with the T-crossing to the left, 50 meters further you drive over a little bridge, 50 meters further to the right: ‘Bovendiepsterweg’
• After 500 meter to the right “Rijsdammerweg, and then after 250 meter the first buildings on the right is the Isis Estate. Rijsdammerweg 2a.
